Yes. We require your Guarantor to be a homeowner.

Your Guarantor must be based in the UK with a home in the UK and meet our age criteria. They will need to have a good credit status and they must be able to demonstrate that they can afford the monthly repayments on your loan in the event that you cannot.

No. We do not require your Guarantor to be a homeowner for a Tenant Guarantor loan.
