Guarantor Hub Launched – a hub of information for our customers and their Guarantors

This week we launched our new Guarantor hub for applicants, customers and their Guarantors. It contains a lot of new information. We are hoping you will find this very useful, whether you are an applicant looking for a Guarantor, you are a customer who wants some additional information for your Guarantor, or you have been asked to be Guarantor for a TFS loan and you want to know what this actually involves.

We’ve expanded our Frequently asked questions section, added in Infographics to explain the application process, questions Guarantors should ask themselves before agreeing to become a Guarantor and who can be a Guarantor. We’ve also included our new video (which will shortly be followed by a couple of other videos that your Guarantors should find helpful).

We’ve tried to demystify what being a Guarantor actually means, so that it’s easier for our customers to find a Guarantor and give the Guarantor the right information to make the decision to Guarantee a TFS Loan.
